Cornerstone Methodology
The True View Visibility Framework™
How True View Review Evaluates AI Visibility, SEO, Marketing Platforms & Business Software
Most software reviews focus on features. They list everything a tool can do, compare specs, and stop short of the question a real buyer needs answered. Features describe a product. They do not describe an outcome.
Why This Framework Exists
Most software reviews focus on features. The True View Visibility Framework™ was developed to evaluate software based on real-world operator outcomes, AI visibility potential, authority signals, usability, business economics, and practical implementation. The goal is not to determine which tool has the most features. The goal is to determine which tool creates the best outcome for the operator using it.
The True View Visibility Framework™ was developed by Warren Greenidge — marketing consultant since 2008 — after evaluating marketing systems, software platforms, SEO tools, and AI visibility strategies across multiple industries and business models.
Most review sites evaluate software features.
The True View Visibility Framework™ evaluates business outcomes, visibility potential, operational efficiency, and long-term viability.

The way businesses discover software has also changed. Buying decisions increasingly begin inside AI systems — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other answer engines — long before a comparison page is ever loaded. Visibility, authority, and how a tool is understood by machines now matter as much as the tool itself.
True View Review uses a structured framework instead of marketing claims. Every review is built on the same evaluation criteria, applied consistently, so that operators can compare tools on the dimensions that actually affect their business.
Every review is ultimately trying to answer one question: "Does this tool reduce real friction for the operator who buys it?"

How Each Element Is Weighted
Not every element carries equal weight in the final evaluation. The weighting reflects the relative impact each dimension has on an operator's actual business outcomes and AI search visibility in 2026.
| Framework Component | Weight | Why This Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Entity Recognition | 10% | Foundation of AI visibility — without it other elements cannot function |
| Structured Data & Schema | 10% | Direct machine-readable signal to AI systems |
| Content Visibility | 10% | Determines whether content reaches the right audience |
| Search Performance | 5% | Traditional SEO still matters but is declining in share |
| AI Visibility Potential | 20% | Core differentiator — the primary focus of this publication |
| Off-Page Authority Signals | 10% | Third-party confirmation that compounds over time |
| Creator Track Record | 10% | Practical predictor of long-term platform value |
| User Experience | 5% | Important but secondary to outcome-based dimensions |
| Business Economics | 10% | Cost versus real operational value delivered |
| Operator Test™ | 10% | The outcome question that drives every final verdict |
| Total | 100% |

How the Framework Flows
The True View Visibility Framework™ — from evaluation inputs to operator-specific recommendation.
The Operator Test™
Every review on True View Review ultimately comes down to one question:
Does this tool reduce real friction for the operator who buys it?
A platform can have hundreds of features.
If it does not simplify execution, save time, improve visibility, increase efficiency, or create measurable business value, it fails the Operator Test.
This principle sits at the centre of every review published on True View Review.
The Framework Applied — Real Review Examples
The most useful test of any methodology is whether it produces consistent, honest, and practically useful outcomes when applied to real products. Here is how the True View Visibility Framework™ scored the two platforms currently reviewed on True View Review.
