About the Reviewer
Warren Greenidge
Marketing Consultant Since 2008 · Off-Page Authority Specialist · AI Visibility Strategist · Independent Software Reviewer

For more than 17 years I've helped businesses improve their visibility, attract customers, and build the systems they need to grow. My work has spanned high-ticket direct sales, local business marketing, luxury brand positioning, and — increasingly — AI search visibility and the software platforms that determine whether a business gets found in today's search environment.
I'm based in Barbados and have worked with clients and businesses across multiple countries and industries. My reviews are built on operator experience and real-world implementation — not vendor briefings, sales pages, or affiliate quotas.
Since 2008, I have helped businesses improve their visibility through off-page authority building, local search optimization, and more recently AI visibility strategies designed for modern search and answer engines.
Areas of Focus
- AI Visibility & Answer Engine Optimization
- Off-Page Authority Building
- Local Search Visibility
- Software Evaluation & Review Analysis
- Marketing Automation Platforms
- Affiliate Marketing Systems
These areas inform the True View Visibility Framework™ — the proprietary methodology used in every review on this site.
Why I Review Software
The problem I kept running into as a consultant was straightforward: most software reviews were written by people who had never actually used the product in a real business situation.
The typical affiliate review rewrites the sales page, lists the features, compares a tick-box table, and sends the reader to a buy button. What it doesn't tell you is whether the tool holds up under real conditions — whether it reduces friction for the operator who buys it, whether the support is there six months after launch, and whether the people who should skip it know to skip it.
That gap is why True View Review exists.
Every review I publish is built around one question:
Does this tool actually reduce real friction for the operator who buys it?
If the answer is yes — I say so plainly, explain who it's best for, and note the honest limitations. If the answer is no — I say that too, regardless of the affiliate arrangement. That standard doesn't change.
Background
I've been working in marketing since 2008. Over that time I've worked across a wide range of industries, business models, and platforms — from high-ticket direct sales to premium authority building for established businesses to local business visibility across multiple markets.
High-ticket direct sales — Worked with a financial education company selling products ranging from $295 to $19,995, operating entirely online with sales reaching customers across multiple countries. This is where I built a deep understanding of online marketing, traffic, conversion, and the systems that make or break a digital business.
Off-page authority building — I work exclusively with established businesses building the external trust signals that tell Google and AI systems they are the premium choice in their market. This work is entirely off-page — no website access required — focused on building verified brand placements across high-authority platforms. A recent campaign produced 415 verified brand placements in a single month for a dental practice in Barbados, reaching platforms with Domain Authority scores up to 100 including YouTube, Amazon Music, and Vimeo. I work with medspas, aesthetic practices, dental practices, luxury service businesses, and high-end professional services generating $1M+ annually.
Local business visibility — Ranked and built websites for businesses in luxury ground transportation, dentistry, music education, legal services, cleaning services, and pharmacy. Hands-on experience taking businesses from invisible to visible in competitive local search markets.
Luxury and high-end markets — Built and marketed for a country site dealing in high-end luxury real estate. Currently consulting with a real estate sales and rental company on visibility and digital marketing strategy.
Marketing systems — Helped businesses across industries set up the operational marketing systems they need to attract and convert customers consistently — not just traffic, but systems that work without requiring the owner's constant attention.
This range of experience — from a $295 product sold online to a $19,995 high-ticket program, from a local pharmacy to an international luxury real estate brand — is the lens through which I evaluate every software platform I review. The question I always ask is whether the tool works in the real world, not just in a demo.
The Consultancy Behind the Reviews
Alongside my review work I run Get Noticed Get Results, a consultancy focused exclusively on off-page authority building for established businesses. I work with medspas, dental practices, luxury service businesses, and high-end professional services — helping them build the external trust signals that tell Google and AI systems they are the premium choice in their market.
This work is entirely off-page. No website access. No disruption to existing operations. Focused on the signals that search engines and AI recommendation engines use to determine which businesses deserve to be found.
A recent campaign produced 415 verified brand placements in a single month for a dental practice in Barbados — reaching platforms with Domain Authority scores up to 100, including YouTube, Amazon Music, and Vimeo.
I mention this not to promote the consultancy but because it directly informs the reviews I publish. When I evaluate a software platform's AI search capabilities or its authority-building features, I'm applying the same standards I use in professional client work — not a checklist borrowed from a competitor's review.

What I Review
True View Review focuses on software and systems in the following areas:
- AI Marketing Platforms
- Off-Page Authority and Brand Signal Building
- Premium Local Business Visibility (Medspas, Dental, Luxury Services)
- External Trust Signal Development for AI Search
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Tools
- SEO and Search Visibility Tools
- CRM and Pipeline Management Systems
- Funnel Builders and Landing Page Tools
- Marketing Automation Platforms
- Affiliate Marketing Tools
- Network Marketing Technology
- Business Productivity and Operations Systems
I evaluate tools that operators — consultants, agencies, small business owners, network marketers, and solo founders — actually use to run and grow their businesses. Not enterprise tools built for Fortune 500 teams with dedicated technical staff. Tools that a real business owner can implement, use daily, and rely on.
How I Evaluate Software
The same framework, applied to every review.
Every software review on True View Review follows a structured evaluation process. Where possible, reviews are based on hands-on access or direct testing in real-world conditions.
Areas evaluated include:
- Real-world usability
- Does the tool work the way it's supposed to in actual business conditions, not just in a controlled demo environment?
- Genuine consolidation
- Does the platform do what it claims to replace, or does it just add to an already crowded stack?
- Business applicability
- Is this tool practical for the operator profile it's marketed to? Does it fit their workflow, budget, and technical capacity?
- Pricing and value
- Does the price reflect the value delivered? Are there hidden costs, aggressive upsells, or post-launch pricing changes that affect the buying decision?
- Support and creator track record
- Will this tool still be supported in 12 months? Does the creator have a history of maintaining and improving their products after launch?
- AI search readiness
- Does the platform position the operator well for AI-driven search and recommendation engines, or is it optimised only for traditional SEO?
- Honest limitations
- Every review includes a clear section on who should NOT buy the product. This is not a formality — it's one of the most useful sections in any honest review.
An Operator's Perspective
Most software reviews evaluate tools as marketers — looking at features, positioning, and competitive advantage.
I evaluate software as an operator — someone who has implemented these tools in real business situations, managed the results, and lived with the consequences of both good and poor buying decisions.
The question I bring to every review is not:
"What does this tool do?"
It's:
"What does this tool do for the person who actually has to use it every day — and is that worth the cost, the migration, and the learning curve?"
That shift in perspective is what separates a useful review from a feature summary. Features are on the sales page. Operator-grade analysis is what True View Review is built to provide.
Why AI Search Visibility Is Central to This Work
Search has changed fundamentally. A growing share of buying-intent queries are now resolved inside AI systems — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini — before a single traditional search result is clicked.
For businesses, this creates both a risk and an opportunity. The risk is that most businesses are currently invisible to those systems — not because their content is poor, but because their pages lack the structural signals AI engines use to identify trusted sources. The opportunity is that the window for early-mover advantage in AI search is still open, and operators who act now build authority that compounds over time.
A significant portion of my consulting work and my review focus has shifted toward understanding, testing, and evaluating the tools that help businesses earn visibility in this new environment. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — the practice of structuring content and web presence to be cited by AI search engines — is no longer optional for businesses that depend on being found by ready-to-buy customers.
The reviews on True View Review reflect that focus directly.
How We Evaluate AI Visibility
Search is changing.
Many buying decisions now begin inside AI systems such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other answer engines.
Because of that shift, True View Review evaluates tools using more than traditional SEO metrics.
When relevant, we also assess whether a tool helps improve the signals commonly associated with AI discoverability.
What We Look For
| Evaluation Area | What We Assess |
|---|---|
| Entity Clarity | Whether a business, brand, person, or topic is clearly defined |
| Schema Markup | Presence and quality of machine-readable structured data |
| Answer-First Formatting | Whether content is easy for AI systems to extract and cite |
| Topical Coverage | Whether content demonstrates subject depth and authority |
| Internal Linking | Whether supporting content strengthens topic relationships |
| Trust Signals | Transparency, author information, disclosures, and credibility indicators |
| Technical Accessibility | Whether pages are easily understood and processed by search engines |
| User Value | Whether content genuinely helps users solve a problem |
Important Note
True View Review does not claim to control, influence, or guarantee placement inside AI systems.
AI platforms use constantly evolving algorithms and may change how they select sources at any time.
Our reviews focus on whether a tool improves the structural and content signals commonly associated with discoverability and citation potential.
Real-World Testing
Whenever practical, reviews are based on:
- Hands-on platform access
- Live testing
- Real websites and content
- Comparison against alternative solutions
- Long-term operator experience
The goal is not to repeat marketing claims.
The goal is to determine whether a tool creates measurable operational value for the people using it.

Technology changes. Marketing changes. Search changes.
What doesn't change is the need for honest information from someone who has actually used the tools and lived with the results.
I started my marketing career in 2008 and I've watched platforms, strategies, and entire search paradigms come and go. What I've learned across 17 years is that the fundamentals don't change — understanding your customer, being findable when they're looking, and delivering genuine value at every step of the process.
The tools change. The fundamentals don't.
My goal on True View Review is not to convince readers to buy software. It's to give readers the honest, operator-grade information they need to make better decisions — whether that decision is to buy, to wait, or to skip entirely.
If a product earns a recommendation, you'll see it stated plainly. If it has limitations that matter for your situation, you'll see those too.
That's the standard I bring to every review. It won't change.
